日本傳統藝妓頭飾之創作－以緞帶為例

日本是個現代與傳統文化並存的國家，藝妓目前仍存在日本社會中。藝妓最早出現在日本元祿年間（1688－1704 年），至今已有三百多年歷史，而近年來日本傳統藝妓的髮飾頻繁出現在戲劇主角裡。日本傳統藝妓髮飾的髮簪、布料、花樣款式又可分為好幾種類，而不同的節日慶典裡花簪主題款式又更加多樣變化。因此，為了使髮飾製作材料更加多元化，本研究嘗試以緞帶做為髮飾創作之材料，將緞帶應用於日式傳統藝妓的髮飾中，提供人們在創作思考時有更多不一樣的做法與不同材質的應用，同時不再局限於傳統藝妓能配戴，希望一般民眾在節慶時亦能配戴。故本研究先從蒐集日本傳統藝妓髮飾資料，再從網路上蒐集各種日本傳統藝妓、髮簪、布料、歷史文獻資料和專書，進而分析研究其造型和材質，然後利用新的製作技法以緞帶作出不一樣的風格與特色。本研究設計出八款緞帶髮飾造型，並將此八款緞帶髮飾分別固定在傳統髮簪、梳與一般大眾所熟悉的黑色小夾子上，讓緞帶造型的髮飾，仍充滿傳統的藝妓髮飾風格。

Japan is a country that coexists with modern and traditional cultures. Nowadays, the geisha culture still exists in the Japanese society. The first appearing of geisha was in Genroku period (1688-1704), and it has been 300 years in history. In recent years, the traditional Hairpins of geisha is frequently shown in the dramas, and has become something that people focus on it. The hair accessories, fabrics and pattern styles of traditional Japanese hairpins can be sorted into several kinds. Moreover, the styles of flower hairpins became more various in different festivals. Therefore, to make the materials of hair accessories more diversifying, we attempt to use ribbons as the material of hair ornaments in this study. By utilizing ribbons, it not only provides people with having more practice and application of different materials in the thinking of creation, but also no longer limits that to geishas' usage. We hope that everyone also can wear it in festivals. This study starts in finding the information of the hair accessories of traditional Japanese geisha. Then, the second step is searching every kind of traditional Japanese geishas' hairpins, drapery in past literatures and professional books, analyzing the styles and materials of them, and use a new skill of ribbons to create a new style and characteristic. In the study, we design 8 kinds of ribbons hair accessories, and put them on traditional hairpins, combs and snaps. Through this way, the ribbons hair accessories can still have the style of traditional geisha.
