高职高专中医养生保健专业课程体系构建探究

本文通过高职教育的理论、文献的学习、大量的市场调研，在充分了解大健康产业的发展前景及其开设的项目和岗位的基础上，分析构建适合市场需求的中医养生保健课程体系的必要性，提出当前中医养生保健专业应准确定位人才培养规格、构建合理的培养目标，建立与之相适应的人才培养方案，完善与现行人才需求相匹配的课程体系。结合当前健康产业对中医养生保健的职业需求，确定中医养生保健专业所需的基础知识、专业技能及拓展能力，合理定性定位，构建与市场需求相适应的课程体系，全方位突出高职教育的特色，提高高职中医养生保健人才培养质量，为实现职业教育与岗位的良好对接，制定符合科学发展、满足社会需求的专业教学标准提供全面、客观的依据。

According to the theory of vocational education, the literature study, a lot of market research and in the full understanding of the development prospects of the health industry, this paper analyzes the necessity of constructing TCM health care curriculum system suitable for market demand. and suggests that the current TCM health care specialty should accurately locate the personnel training specifications, construct reasonable training objectives, establish appropriate personnel training programs, and perfect the curriculum system matching the current personnel needs. On the basis of analysis the current health industry's occupational demand, the basic knowledge, professional skills and expansion ability required for health care of Traditional Chinese Medicine were determined, and the curriculum system for this specialty was constructed based on reasonable qualitative positioning. It highlights the characteristics of higher vocational education, improves the quality of cultivation of TCM health care talents in higher vocational education, and provides a comprehensive and objective basis for realizing the good connection between vocational education and posts, and formulating professional teaching standards that meet scientific development and social needs.
