台北市新興中心商店街之變遷

The Change of Shopping Streets in the Rising Center of Taipei City

摘要

近年來，在經濟快速發展的台灣，由於國民經濟及都市經濟的提高，一般商店及其集合體的商店街對於國民生活的重要性，已是有目共睹的課題。因此實有必要透過象徵都市之顏面的中心商店街之研究來闡明都市商業機能之重要性。於是筆者便以十年以上為限，選出不管是地理背景或歷史背景皆息息相關之台日廣區域中心都市，對這些都市裡的中心商店街做一連串變遷的比較研究。本研究就是其中之一；以位於台北市之新興中心商業區為對象，並對於商業活動最重要的空間－中心商店街的規模、型態、店鋪結構、店鋪配置等之變化做若干分析的研究。

In recent years in Taiwan, with the rapid economic development and the rising of national as well as metropolitan economy, the importance of regular shops and their complex shopping streets to the national life has been an issue which draws a lot of people's attention. Thus, it is necessary to do research on shopping streets in the rising center of Taipei City, which symbolizes the face of metropolises. Such research has a purpose to clarify the significance of the commercial function of the metropolises. Accordingly, the researcher, with a circle of at least ten years and based on the close relationship not only between geographical but also between historical backgrounds, chose the metropolises in the wide areas of Taiwan and Japan to conduct a comparative analysis on the change of the shopping streets in these areas. This is one of the serial studies of its kind. The subjects are the shopping streets in the rising center of Taipei City. A study on the analysis of the variances of the most important commercial activity: space, was conducted. The space here includes the size and pattern of the central shopping center, the structures of the shops, the shop displays.
