日本的閨閥政治 並以安倍首相家族為例證

The "Keibatsu" Politics in Japan Take the Prime Minister Abe Family as an Example

摘要


在日本的政界,許多人藉著「政略結婚」形成了「閨閥」,並因此鞏固家族的政治影響力。特別是在長期執政的自民黨內,有3 分之1 的國會議員是來自政治家庭,使得日本的政治正在變成只是少數家族之家務事,這種所謂的閨閥及世襲政治不但威脅了當代民主,而且成為嚴重的問題。本文正是試著分析日本的閨閥政治,並且以最顯赫的政治家族之一的安倍首相家族為例。本文首先介紹以皇室為中心之閨閥的歷史;其次則是分析為何比起一般人,政治家族成員在當今選舉上佔有優勢;第三則是探討為何安倍一家能夠藉著「閨閥」在數世代中產生如此多的政治家;最後則是檢視有關於閨閥與世襲政治的爭議。

In Japan's political world, many members establish "Keibatsu" (marriage of state) by marriage of convenience and, therefore, strengthen political power of their families. Particularly in the long-term ruling LDP, one-third of lawmakers are from political families. Japanese politics is becoming only some families' business. The so-called "Keibatsu" and hereditary politics threat to modern democracy and has become a serious problem in Japan. This paper intends to study Japan’s "Keibatsu" politics and takes Prime Minister Abe Shinzo and his family, which is one of the most eminent political families, as an example. First, this paper introduces the history of "Keibatsu," which centered on the Imperial House. Secondly, it analyzes why members of political families have advantage over the common people in modern election. Thirdly, it explores how the Abe family has produced so many politicians over several generations through "Keibatsu." Fourthly, it examines the debates concerning "Keibatsu" and hereditary politics in Japan.
