It is the most important issue that human resources, during the period of industry transferred to high technology with high added-value. Human resources wi11 become important asset in corporation. Every department of human resources made efforts to improve working environment, increase employers job satisfaction in order to retain excellent employers. The plan of profit sharing & stock ownership that real created beneficial to retain excellent employers in high tech company in recent years. In this research will study the relationship between profit sharing & stock ownership and job satisfaction. The result indicates that profit sharing & stock ownership can increase employer job satisfaction, and it has significant difference between stock ownership quantity, price and employer job satisfaction.
