Under the influence of electronicalization of governments worldwide, Taiwan unexceptionally takes the issue as a very important task. E-government would enhance the effect of promoting and executing policies. Through popular usage of Internet, the E-government could deliver assistance and services quickly to the people despite the distance of places, difference of cities and limit of time etc. As a result, the gap of digital divide would be narrowed. The development and result achieved of elecrtronicalization of Taiwan Government has been proven successful. The role of Government should subsequently be changed from governing and managing people to working together with people and providing services to the people. Facing the problems and responding to the people's needs thus become great challenges to this Government.
