組織衝突、危機管理與企業經營管理策略

Organizational Conflict, Crisis Management and Business Management Strategy

摘要


值此資訊科技發達、社會急遽變遷,一切崇尚知識經濟、知識管理的e時代,組織衝突乃是任何企業組織或機關團體中不可避免的現象,而危機處理的認知以及所需具備的管理策略,更是任何現代化的國民或者組織管理者所不可忽略的。任何企業組織或機關團體不僅需具備處理危機的知識與能力,更應該有防範危機的計畫和處理危機的方法與步驟。為適應未來超出常規的戰爭威脅,必須強化全方位安全理念,建立風險管理與危機管理處理機制,提昇緊急應變,快速反映立即作戰」之能力,以有效因應恐怖行動與超限戰之可能威脅模式。無論是確保國家的安全或是人民的幸福生活,任何企業組織、機關團體或個人皆需具有危機處理的認知與能力,以因應各種變局。雖然組織衝突有其正負面功能性的存在,但為了組織的永續生存與發展,我們當然希望其能化危機為轉機,使組織之活動得以順利推展,而個人亦更能充份地、有自信地因應各項危機,實現個人的理想目標。身為組織的領導者,對危機處理之意識與方法更應有深切的體認,並事先採取預防危機的措施,以確保組織的安全,共同營造一個具備真善美勝聖的優質環境。

In the e-era of information technology development, social rapid changes, knowledge-based economy and knowledge management, organizational conflict is an inevitable phenomenon in any business organizations, or government agencies and organizations. It cannot be ignored for any modern nationals or organizational managers to have the awareness of the crisis management and management strategy. All businesses or organizations not only need to have the knowledge and ability to deal with crisis, but also have a plan for crisis prevention and management. In order to adapt to the future beyond the conventional threat of war, we must strengthen the concept of comprehensive security, the establishment of risk management and crisis management handling mechanism, enhance the emergency response and rapid response ability to ”combat now,” so as to respond effectively to the possible threat of terror acts and unrestricted warfare mode. Whether it is to ensure national security or people's happy life, all businesses, organizations or individuals must have the cognitive ability of crisis management in response to various changes.In spite of the presence of positive and negative organizational conflict, we do hope that the crisis could be turned into a turn for the better for the sake of sustainable survival and development of the organization. Thus, the activities of the organization can run smoothly, and individuals can also become confident enough to manage the crisis and to achieve their ideals and goals. The leader of the organization should have crisis recognition and take suitable precautions in advance to ensure the organizational security and create an excellent environment.
