技術多角化與企業績效之間的關聯性研究綜述

摘要

在這追求知識經濟的大時代及日益競爭的產業環境之下，企業為了追求利潤及生存，維持或提升其企業經營績效，夾帶這知識與技術紛紛跨足不同領域；然而知識帶來的技術多角化於許多企業內外在因素、產業環境而有所的影響。本文僅就近年來的技術多角化與企業績效之間相關聯文獻綜述進行初步探討。本文綜合學者觀點中發現技術多角化具有經濟規模或範疇經濟及增加企業競爭力、提高產業進入門檻；技術多角化與創新績效關係呈現倒U型，當技術多角化程度越高而對其財務績效並沒有單方面，強而有力證據證明有著正面顯著效果，而這是需要有條件的。

In the pursuit of the great age of the knowledge economy and the increasingly competitive industry environment, the enterprise in pursuit of profits and survival, maintain or improve their business performance, with the knowledge and skills are stepping foot in different areas; However, knowledge of technology diversification in many different factors, the industrial environment and the influence of somewhat. This article only in technology between diversification and corporate performance of associated literature review discusses. Comprehensive scholars, this paper found technology diversification has economic scale or scope economic advantage and increase enterprise competitiveness, improve the industry barriers to entry; Technology diversification and innovation performance presents the inverted u-shaped relationship, when the higher level of technology diversification and its financial performance and not unilaterally, powerful evidence to prove that there is a significant positive effect, which is need to be conditional.
