十年來中部地區社區諮商當事人之人口特徵與求助問題演變之分析研究

摘要

本研究以八十三年至九十二年間至彰師社諮中心尋求諮商協助的1433位當事人為研究對象，分析當事人在背景變項與求助問題上的特徵，以及十年來當事人在求助問題上的變化情形。研究結果如下：1．在接受初次晤談後，七成的當事人會進入正式諮商，成人當事人主要以個別諮商的方式進行，未成年當事人則以個別諮商與進戲諮商為主。2．未成年與成人當事人的人數比值為2:3。未成年當事人以小學生為最多，男女比例為3:2，皆為未婚，絕大多數為學生；成人當事人則以18到29歲者為最多，男女比例為1:2，九成以上的成人當事人擁有高中職或以上之學歷，已婚與未婚者各半，職業類別以公務人員、無職業者（包含家庭主婦以及學生）為最多。3．情緒困擾以及精神疾患困擾已分別成為社區未成年以及成人當事人最主要的困擾問題，這個現象除了顯現國人對心理相關疾患的敏感度，以及採取心理諮商方式解決其情緒與精神困擾的接受度增加之外，國人的心理健康情形也需要心理衛生與心理專業機構的關注。此外，有關不同性別與婚姻狀況在求助問題上的差異，研究結果指出：男性未成年當事人較女性未成年當事人出現有較多的行為問題與學習問題，女性未成年當事人則較男性未成年當事人有較多的適應問題以及是性侵害事件下的受害者；未婚成人當事人多關注在與自我及人際相關的困擾上，已婚成人當事人則為家庭與婚姻問題所苦。

The study is to analyze 1433 clients from community public that contacted NCUE's community counseling and human development services center and asked for counseling between 1994 to 2003. And it aims to analyze community client's characteristics and try to explore the changing of help-seeking problems for the past ten years.
The results of this research are as follows: 1.After finishing the intake, 70.4% clients will agree to enter the counseling process. The adult clients have individual counseling mostly. Child and adolescence clients mostly accepted either individual counseling or play counseling. 2. The ratio of child &adolescence and adult clients is 2:3. The ratio of boys and girls in child and adolescence clients is 3:2' each of them is single and still goes to school. For the adult client, the ratio of men and women is 1:2, 95.1% clients have the least education of high school. And the ration of single and married is 1:1, Most clients are government workers 、the unemployed(including house wife)and students. 3. Emotional disturbance and psychiatric disturbance had became the most threatening problem for child &adolescence and adult clients. Besides, boys have more behavioral problems and learning problems than girls. And girls tends to have the problems of adjustment and is often the victim of sexual assault. Single adult clients have more focus on the problems related to self and married adult clients mostly suffer from the family or marriage problems.
