Practicum is an important process for the students from the Department of Child Care and Education to understand the environment and ecology of working place. Through the classes of internship supervisor in preschool, students have the chances to apply their theories and knowledge in a real teaching context. The purpose of this study was to explore the practicum process and experiences of internship supervisor in preschools, as well as the viewpoints toward practicum. Eight internship supervisor were interviewed. The results indicated that the benefits as the internship supervisor including self gain, achievement, and friendship. The internship supervisor' difficulties experiences during practicum process were the aspect of students and aspect of time. The roles of internship supervisor were demonstrators, the professional inductors, and the emotional supports and encouragers. The purpose of practicum from internship supervisor can be summarized as four areas: understanding workplace, self-assessment, the integration of theory and practice, and professional learning.
