近年來企業引進企業資源規劃系統已成為全球趨勢,期望藉由資訊技術能力的提升,以改善企業營運管理,並提升整體供應鏈管理績效。在此同時,學術界對此相關議題亦有諸多討論。學者多認為提高資訊技術上的投資,對提升企業績效極具影響力。企業資源規劃(ERP)系統能促使企業的交易流程自動化,而有效的供應鏈管理(SCM)則提供了解決更複雜的運籌規劃能力。本研究根據過去文獻理論並結合產業專家之實務經驗,提出研究架構,旨在探討企業資源規劃與供應鏈管理績效之間的相關性。本研究架構包含引進企業資源規劃系統的效益、對企業能力建構之影響、以及這些相關企業能力對供應鏈管理績效之影響。並以約略集合(rough set)理論作為研究方法。由研究結果可知企業引進企業資源規劃系統與企業在供應鏈管理的績效上確實存在著密切的關係。並且得知企業資源規劃的諸多效益確實能引領供應鏈管理的成功。
This paper presents results of operational interaction between enterprise resource planning systems and supply chain performance. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) represent important technology investment options for operations managers. ERP systems provide benefits in the area of transaction automation; SCM systems provide sophisticated planning capabilities. This paper focuses on the interactions between ERP and SCM. A conceptual framework was proposed. The framework is featuring the ERP benefits, firm competences, marketing performance, financial performance and supply chain performance. We apply rough set theory (RST) to discover important ERP attributes leading to the success of SCM.
