隨著社會科技不斷進步和經濟持續發展,消費模式及通路日趨多元,網路形成一個不容忽視的消費市場。目前全球有少部分商業型網站有提供線上虛擬試衣間服務,運用影像互動技術強調三度空間的即時顯示,消費者可自由搭配喜愛的服飾,變化不同的造形風格,讓使用者能有更真實的消費體驗,滿足客製化(Customization)購物的需求。有鑑於此,本研究分為兩階段進行線上3D虛擬試衣間功能與互動介面設計使用需求探討,歸納出符合虛擬試衣間設計之指標。實驗結果顯示:(1)受測者認為虛擬試衣間使用上主要有三項缺點:產品相關訊息提供不豐富、模特兒觀看角度太少、資訊更新太慢,導致使用者對於虛擬試衣間整體滿意度較低。(2)使用者對於虛擬試衣間整體介面需求,首要具備條件為3D顯像表現產品,其次是具有互動性的操作介面。(3)使用者對於虛擬試衣間整體功能需求中,首要具備功能為產品相關訊息標示,其次為可全景觀看。(4)透過因素分析萃取出五項具代表性面向,分別命名為「即時輔助」、「控制介面」、「個人化工具」、「附加功能」、「原始需求」。
With the incessant improvement and economical development socially, consumption models and outlets have been divergent increasingly. Internet has become a consumption market which should be never ignored allowably. Currently, three are few global commercial websites available for the on-line service of virtual fitting rooms. By means the interactive image technology emphasizing real-time 3D pictures displaying accessible, it is available for consumers to freely select their favorite clothes. Combined with various fashionable styles, users can reach more substantially physical consumption experience with customization demands well reached. In view of this, this research can be divided into two stages, namely the evaluation on user demand of virtual fitting-room function and the design of interactive interface. Therefore, design indicators suitable for virtual fitting room functions can be summarized. Research results reveal as below. (1) Respondents complain about 3 major defects in virtual fitting rooms and the said defects are separately deficient information relevant to products, fewer view angles for model displaying and too slow for information update with resultantly lower satisfaction to fitting room functions at users' sides. (2) About the major overall demand for users to operate the interface of virtual fitting rooms, it should be primarily equipped with products available for 3D displaying. The second major demand is interactive operation interface. (3) Among the overall functional demands for users' operation of virtual fitting rooms, the chiefly necessary function should be equipped with information indication relevant to products. Secondly, the overall view is also required. (4) Five representative dimensions are extracted by means of element analysis and the said five dimensions are titled as real-time assistance, control interface, personalized tools, additive functions and original demands.
