資訊管理系為了培育企業所需能兼具資訊技術與管理知識之專業人員,於課程安排了技術類和管理類兩大類課程,如何選擇適合的課程將有助於學生學習與專長之培養。本研究目的在於探討不同性別和高中(職)背景,對於大學選課方向與就業意圖有何影響,大學選課對就業意圖又有何關聯性。以明新科技大學資訊管理系即將畢業的大四生做為研究對象,利用問卷調查法蒐集,並以SPSS分析法進行資料分析和多變量分析。在本研究發現了,性別的不同,在大學選課方向呈現不同的差異,性別的不同也會影響技術類和管理類工作之選擇;在高中(職)背景下,只有商管群在大學選課方向有明顯差異;而大學選課方向也會影響就業意圖為技術類或管理類工作。
A professional with business and computer knowledge is very important to enterprises. To foster these professionals the department of information management designs both business-oriented courses and technical-oriented courses for students to choice. The students have many different choices to complete their university program. This research is to investigate the influences of individual characteristics on course selection and the influences of course selection on job intention. This research use investigating method and collect 157 samples of forth grade students of department of information management form Mingsin University of Science and Technology. The results find that different gender would lead to different direction of course selection. Gender will also affect the choice of job intention. Students graduated from different departments of high schools have different direction of course selections. And the course selections affect the job intention.
