科技大學資訊管理系畢業生學習成就對就業能力及工作滿意度影響之研究

The Study of the Relationship Academic Achievement to Employability and Job Satisfaction of Information Management Graduates' in University of Science and Technology

摘要

本研究旨在探討科技大學資訊管理學系畢業生學習成就、就業能力與工作滿意度之現況，並比較畢業生背景變項在學習成就、就業能力與工作滿意度的差異情形，進而分析學習成就對就業能力與工作滿意度的相關性。
為達上述目的，採用問卷調查法，立意取樣與滾雪球取樣六所科技大學368位資訊管理學系畢業生為研究對象。研究工具為「科技大學資訊管理學系學習成就、就業能力與工作滿意度調查問卷」。所蒐集的資料分別以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關與簡單迴歸等統計方法進行資料分析。
根據問卷調查的結果，本研究獲致以下結論：
一、科技大學資訊管理學系畢業生學習成就整體屬於高程度(>3.5)。
二、科技大學資訊管理學系畢業生就業能力整體屬於高程度(>3.5)。
三、科技大學資訊管理學系畢業生工作滿意度整體屬於高程度(>3.5)。
四、科技大學資訊管理學系畢業生不同性別、學校性質、工作年資對學習成就表現無顯著差異；相關證照數量、求職時間、學業排名對學習成就表現有顯著差異
五、科技大學資訊管理學系畢業生不同性別、工作年資對就業能力的表現無顯著差異；學校性質、相關證照數量、求職時間、學業排名對就業能力表現上有顯著差異
六、科技大學資訊管理學系畢業生不同性別對工作滿意度無顯著差異；不同學校性質、相關證照數量、求職時間、學業排名、工作年資對工作滿意度有顯著差異。
七、學習成就與就業能力、工作滿意度具有正相關。
最後，依據研究結論提出建議，以供科技大學資訊管理學系學生、學校與企業，以及未來後續研究之參考。

This study aims at investigating the current situation of the department of information management graduates' academic achievement, employability and job satisfaction in university of science and technology; it also compares the differences of graduates' background variable in academic achievement, employability and job satisfaction; finally, the correlation academic achievement to employability and job satisfaction is analyzed.
In order to achieve the above mentioned purpose, the questionnaire survey method is adopted; 368 qualified department of information management graduates in university of science and technology are used as the research objects. The research tool is survey questionnaire for academic achievement, employability and job satisfaction in the department of information management graduates of university of science and technology. The collected data is then analyzed respectively by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, t -test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and Simple regression analysis.
According to the questionnaire survey results, the following conclusions are obtained in this study:
1. The current situation of deportment of information management graduates' academic achievement in university of science and technology is pretty good.
2. The current situation of department of information management graduates' employability in university of science and technology is pretty good.
3. The current situation of department of information management graduates' job satisfaction in university of science and technology is pretty good.
4. There is no significant difference in academic achievement can be found among different sexuality, public or private, service years, and significant difference in academic achievement account of certificate, time of job hunt, academic rank.
5. There is no significant difference in can be found among different sexuality, service years, and significant difference in academic achievement public or private, account of certificate, time of job hunt, academic rank.
6. There is no significant difference in job satisfaction can be found among different sexuality, and significant difference in academic achievement public or private, account of certificate , time of job hunt, academic rank, service years.
7. The current situation of academic achievement in employability and job satisfaction is pretty good.
Finally, suggestions are provided based on the research results to be used as reference by department of information management students, university, enterprise and future studies.
