本論文旨要瞭解在臺僑生之跨文化適應、社會支持以及學習成就對其留臺就業意願會不會有正向的影響。 鑑於此,本研究進行文獻蒐集與分析後認為僑生在臺灣的適應情形對其畢業後選擇回僑居地國家就業或是留在臺灣就業有高度影響,其中跨文化適應和社會支持的滿意程度,以及學習成就提升的程度對其留臺就業意願尤其影響。 為驗證本論文以上假設,本研究向大專院校就讀四年級以上之僑生進行問 卷調查,並使用敘述性統計、相關分析以及Binary logistic regression 統計分析。 本研究亦透過分析結果發現:(1)跨文化適應對僑生留臺就業意願具有正向影響;(2)個人背景變項中性別、僑居地、僑居地親友是否支持留臺工作對僑生留臺就業意願具有顯著影響。
The purpose of this thesis is to analyze whether there will be a positive correlation between Cross-Culture Adjustment、Social Support、Leaning Achievement of Overseas Chinese Students with the degree of their intentions to work in Taiwan after graduation. Based on this, after organizing and analyzing from various bibliographies, the research indicates that the adaptation of Overseas Chinese Students has a great impact on their intentions to work in Taiwan. An significant example will be the gap between Cross-Culture adjustment、Social Support、Leaning Achievement with intention to Work in Taiwan affects the most. In order to ensure the mentioned assumptions above, this research targets Overseas Chinese Students who study for more than four years in Taiwan, and is conducted questionnaires. Descriptive statistics have been implemented together with a clear analysis of correlation, and not only that, the Binary logistic regression has also been clearly analyzed. Based on the analysis, the research also discovered : (1) Cross-Culture adjustment of Overseas Chinese Students have positive influences on intention to work in Taiwan;(2) Gender、host country and the host country family support are the key factors for Overseas Chinese Students whether to work in Taiwan or not.
