高中職學生對大學商管科系選擇與專業能力期待之研究

The Impact of High School Students' Backgrounds on the Choice of Management School Departments and Professional Expectations

摘要


具備特色專業課程與培養專業能力的大學科系才能獲得高中職學生的青睞。少子化趨勢和大學院校數量過多,造成各大學院校之招生人數銳減,各大專院校無不積極想建立各自的專業定位,以吸引更多優秀的學子入學。了解各高中科別對大學科系的就讀興趣,以及對將來專業能力的期待,將有助於大學設計符合學生需要的課程以及減少學用落差之情況。本研究將探討高中職學生感興趣之大學科系與專業能力期待之關係,並了解在其中可能造成何差異。本研究以調查研究方法,調查了桃竹苗區高中職學生計991人,探討各高中職不同科別學生對就讀大學不同科系意願以及與未來專業能力期待之間的關係,以利學校針對目標科別招生和建立各系專業課程規劃之參考。問卷結果使用SPSS做統計分析,包括T檢定、ANOVA分析、迴歸分析等多變量分析。研究結果將指出各項關係間之影響力與差異化,內容包括「高中職學生感興趣大學科系與專業能力期待三者之間的關係」、「高中職整體學生最感興趣之大學科系」和「高中職學生對未來的專業能力期待為何」。此研究結果對於學校制訂各系發展特色專業課程、減少學用落差與招生策略具有重要的參考意義。

Specialty courses with professional competence of university departments can only attract students enrolled. Declining birthrate and an excessive number of universities result in the sharp drop in enrollment. All schools actively want to build their professional orientation in order to attract more outstanding students enrolled. Understanding students' interest in university departments as well as the expectations of professional competence for the future will help curriculum development of universities and can help to meet the students' needs. This study will examine the high school students' interesting about the university departments and their professional expectations for the future. Survey research method was applied in this study. 991 high school students in Hsinchu, Taoyuan, and Miaoli area are investigated. We explore the willingness of attending the different university departments and the relationship between departments and professional expectations in order to facilitate the school's enrollment and curriculum planning. Results of the questionnaire for statistical analysis use the SPSS, including T-test, ANOVA analysis, regression analysis and other multivariate analysis. The results include: (1) The relationship between the interested in university departments and professional competence expectation. (2) High School Students' preferences for university departments. (3) The students' professional competency expectations. These results are important to curriculum development and admissions policy for school.
