導入數位學伴線上課業輔導關鍵成功因素之探討

The Key Successful Factors for after School's Online Tutoring

摘要


本研究主要目標在探討影響「數位學伴」施行的關鍵成功因素,以參與數位學伴線上課業輔導學童的老師為對象,利用決策實驗室法(DEMATEL)以及網路程序分析法(ANP),協助決策者評估及選擇施行策略。研究發現對教學品質有影響的構面因素彼此間具相互影響關係,調查結果顯示在所有因素中,小學伴的態度為影響數位學伴教學品質的最重要因素,其次為大學伴老師的人格特質及網路速度。本研究藉由DEMATEL以及ANP的應用,找出數位學伴施行策略準則的重要影響因素(教學設備、大學伴特質、小學伴特質、教學教材)與權重,提供決策單位了解構面之間的因果關係,進而選擇有效的數位學伴策略以提昇績效。

The main purpose of this study is to investigate how to find the critical success factors for e-tutors, who participate in the after school online tutoring project to elevate students' development. This paper proposes an effective solution based on a combined Analytic network process (ANP) and Decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) approach to help decision makers that need to evaluate and select e-tutor strategies. The empirical results show that factors from the existing analytical methodologies have significant interactive and self-feedback dynamics. Among the key factors, students' attitude is the most important one affecting online tutoring quality, followed by teachers' personality and internet speed. This study uses DEMATEL and ANP model to find the critical factors (equipment, teachers' personality, students' personality, network speed) and weights. This finding can offer an insight for decision maker to understand cause-effort relationships and to select effective e-tutor strategy to improve performance.
