Owing to low birth rate in Taiwan, every university makes a lot of efforts and methods to attract more students. Among these efforts, the most important thing concerned by students is whether I can find a good job after graduation. Therefore, how to increase the job competition, that is how to increase the learning outcomes of students and let them be full of confidence to face the future world before graduation, is the very important issue for school. The paper will use questionnaire to investigate following students who graduated from Department of Finance of Shih Chien University and collect the related variables including status quo employment conditions, salaries, practical values of college learning, the number of professional certificate, graduation grade, and so on. Via our research, we can understand more about the employment condition and demand of alumni such that it will be helpful for planning future curriculum and increasing the employment rate of students.
