Two main trends appear in the current days' globalization context. They are the service-orientation in the economic system and the environment-consciousness in the natural system. This paper proposes strategy formulation that fits with the globalization context both at the employee level and at the organizational level. To formulate the strategies at the employee level, key dimensions and attributes of SHRM (strategic human resource management) are identified to align with the trends of globalization. To formulate the strategies at the organizational level, core processes are suggested to align with the trends of globalization. With these strategies, the firms will be able to not only fit with the globalization context better than competitors but also gain their global competitive advantages.
