Employee turnover can have an effect on an organization atmosphere, and it may also impact the overall efficiency of the organization. Turnover Intention is a critical factor in predicting turnover. This study explores the relationships among workplace friendship, well-being and turnover intention. Data were collected from 263 full-time workers at three time-points. The results found that workplace friendship has a positive effect on well-being. Well-being has a negative effect on turnover intention. Moreover, well-being mediates the relationship between workplace friendship and turnover intention.
