從高齡者的認知發展探究代間學習的規劃模式

The Inter-generational Learning of the Planning Models from Elders' Cognitive Development

摘要


國內老化問題日益嚴重,唯有透過學習,才能減緩認知老化,進一步促進成功老化,加上隔代教養問題日益受到重視,漸成為新的家庭關係,尤以教育部開始推動祖父母節,才開始重視代間教育的問題。本研究以文獻分析法(Document analysis)達成以下目的,包括:一、從高齡者認知發展的觀點提供代間學習的啟示;二、建構代間學習方案規劃的系統模式;三、提供代間學習方案規劃模式的案例,供各學校或機構實施代間學習之參考。針對目的,經研究結果提出相關結論,包括從高齡認知發展可由休閒娛樂、教育、保健、公共服務、個人發展等觀點獲得相關啟示;其次,代間學習方案規劃的系統模式是透過情境分析、需求評估、方案行銷、學習活動設計、方案執行、評鑑而形成一循環機制,最後以一簡要案例設計供參考。最後依結論於「代間教育」課程的研發、家庭也能自主實踐「代間教育」與未來研究上能針對「代間教育或學習」議題加以探究等提出相關建議。

The problem of Domestic Aging is coming more seriously. Through the paper we can known as the Dognitive Aging, further promote the success of aging and to increase the attention of the alienated education. Becoming the new family relationships, the ministry of education began to promoting grandparents and to inject the intergenerational education. In this paper, the following provides the objectives, including: 1. Based on the perspective in the development is Cognitive Development of the elderly to provided evidence intergenerational learning. 2. The construction of intergenerational is learning program in planning system model. 3. To supply intergenerational is learning program in planning models for schools or institutions to intergenerational learning reference. To focus on the papers, to obtain the objective. First, revelation from the perspective of the Leisure and recreation, Education, Health care, Public service and Personal development. Second, the system models of intergenerational is learning planning through Context analysis, Assessment, Program marketing, Learning activities design, Program implementation, Evaluation and the formation of a circular mechanism. Ultimate the brief case design for reference. According to the conclusion of the "Inter-Generation Education" curriculum research and development, the family can carrying out to "Intergenerational Education". In the day of come research could focus on "Inter-Generation Education and Learning" to explored the issue of the relevant recommendations.
