Many studies have found that the location of investment for enterprises have a tendency to cluster. This study aims to explore whether the factors of the aggregation tendency and the current situation for the location choice. Through the date of 2011 to 2014 of foreign enterprise' subsidiaries in Taiwan, we use the size of the subsidiaries, the degree of product differences, and the industrial attributes, we also involve the development of the network variety. The results show that the size have positive effect to the industry differences and subsidiary's location choice. In addition, this study also classifies enterprises by using cluster analysis. The results show that network externality makes subsidiary's location choice differently. At the same time, this study also shows the subsidiaries' cluster characteristics located in Taiwan.
