摘要

許多研究發現企業對於地點投資的選擇會有聚集傾向。本研究旨在探討企業子公司設立地點的選擇上，其聚集傾向的因素與現況為何。透過探討中華民國100年至103年之間來台企業投資企業的子公司資料，以子公司規模大小，產品差異程度，及其所涉及產業屬性，在加入網路外部性後觀察之間的變化。結果發現，規模會影響到企業投資的產業差異性，同時與其子公司設立地點上有其相關性。此外，本研究亦運用集群分析進行企業分類，結果說明網路外部性對子公司在選擇設立地區時有重要的影響性。同時，本研究亦說明來台企業的子公司所處在的集群特色為何。

Many studies have found that the location of investment for enterprises have a tendency to cluster. This study aims to explore whether the factors of the aggregation tendency and the current situation for the location choice. Through the date of 2011 to 2014 of foreign enterprise' subsidiaries in Taiwan, we use the size of the subsidiaries, the degree of product differences, and the industrial attributes, we also involve the development of the network variety. The results show that the size have positive effect to the industry differences and subsidiary's location choice. In addition, this study also classifies enterprises by using cluster analysis. The results show that network externality makes subsidiary's location choice differently. At the same time, this study also shows the subsidiaries' cluster characteristics located in Taiwan.
