新修訂特殊教育法之特色
The Characteristics of the Act of Special Education Revision in Taiwan

The purposes of The Act of Special Education revised in 2009 are to accomplish the full education and to find the potential of students with disabilities. This revision demonstrates three major characteristics: respect the profession and professionals, accomplish the full education for students with disabilities and build up the systems of special education, which makes the special education in Taiwan keep pace with other countries.
