以性別與社會階層觀點論身心障礙者的婚姻現況與困境

摘要

身心障礙者相對於其它群體在各面向上是屬於較為弱勢，這些社會階層現象涉及婚姻層面所衍伸出來的雙重弱勢及社會問題卻少被人提及。本文主要目的是藉由現存政府統計資料與相關文獻整理，了解目前身心障礙者婚姻現狀並藉由不同性別之障礙者婚配情形，討論身心障礙者的婚配行為對社會所造成的可能衝擊。根據內政部統計資料顯示男性障礙者的非本國配偶國籍以東南亞及為主，女性則是以大陸籍為主；另一方面從外籍配偶所嫁之國人身分看來，身心障礙者比例遠高於原住民、榮民及低收入戶；而從勞動情形與教育程度來看，身心障礙者大多屬於社會階層相對較低的弱勢群體，所以其婚配行為極易形成社會邊陲的雙重弱勢家庭。

The purpose is discussing the predicament of marriage of people with disability and foreign bride by reviewing statistics of government and literatures. According to the data, we find that the interaction of social class and gender on marriage of people with disability is underprivileged families that because of marriage squeeze and marriage gradient in Taiwan. People with disability and foreign bride are both underprivileged and the high percentage males with disability married with foreign bride. The impact of this marriage is dual underprivileged population in our society.
