社會工作者在早期療育專業團隊中工作任務之探究與反思

Discussion and Reflection on Tasks of Social Workers in a Professional Early Intervention Team

摘要

本研究旨在瞭解社會工作者在早期療育專業團隊中之工作任務。研究者透過一對一深度及焦點團體訪談方法，蒐集參與早期療育專業團隊的15位社會工作者與醫療復健、特殊教育領域各8位專業人員，對於社會工作者在早期療育專業團隊中，應執行工作任務的看法。研究發現社會工作者在早期療育專業團隊中應執行「家庭社會工作」與「專業團隊運作與維持」兩大類型之工作任務。研究者依據研究結果，提出參與早期療育專業團隊社會工作者在任務執行上的討論與反思，並提出社會工作教育與實務運作面向可供參考之研究建議。

This study aims to understand the tasks of social workers in a early intervention professional team. The researcher used the qualitative research methods to collect the data from an early intervention professional team. The individual in-depth interviews with 15 social workers were conducted. Furthermore, eight professionals from medical rehabilitation and special education were recruited to discuss the tasks of social workers among the intervention teams in two focus groups. The two types of tasks for social workers are emerged in the study: ”family service” and ”professional team implementation and maintenance.” Furthermore, the research findings would provide suggestions for the social work education and practice development.
