南投縣國小教師能源態度及行爲之研究

A Study on the Energy Attitude and Energy Behavior of Elementary School Teachers in Nantou County

摘要


人類對於化石能源的大量消費,導致二氧化碳(CO2)等溫室氣體排放大量上升,引起日趨嚴重的全球暖化問題。據估計在CO2排放量中,大約有80%來自能源使用,正確的能源態度與行爲將有助於減低全球暖化的問題。而國小教師正是站在教育的最前線,負有能源教育宣導責任,因此本研究主要探討各種不同背景變項之南投縣國民小學教師能源態度、行爲之情形及其相關性。 分析結果顯示,南投縣國民小學教師能源態度與能源行爲以李克特五點量表施測整體的平均數分別爲4.59及4.17,具正向的認同度。而影響南投縣國小教師能源態度之主要因素有性別,年齡、教學年資、閱讀環境議題書刊頻率及全球暖化認同觀點。影響能源行爲之主要因素有年 齡、教學年資、觀看環境議題電視節目頻率、閱讀環境議題書刊頻率、瀏覽環境議題網站頻率及全球暖化認同觀點。同時,在「能源態度」與「能源行爲」之間的相關係數介於0.306~0.448,呈現低度正相關,顯示南投縣國小教師的能源態度對其能源行爲的相關性不明顯。

The consumption of fossil fuels by humans causes massive release of greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxides (CO2), that contribute to the serious problem of global warming. It is estimated that about 80% of CO2 emissions are associated with the use of energy. Therefore, appropriate energy attitudes and behaviors of humans will reduce the problem of global warming. Teachers in elementary schools stand on the frontline of education and take responsibility for the dissemination of energy education. This study focused on the investigation of energy attitudes and behaviors of the elementary school teachers in Nantou County according to various explanatory variables. The results indicated that the average scores in the 5-point Likert scale are 4.59 and 4.17 for energy attitude and energy behavior, respectively. It represents a positive response. The explanatory variables which influence the energy attitude of elementary school teachers include gender, age, teaching experience, experience in reading environmental magazines, and knowledge of global warming. The explanatory variables which influence the energy behavior of elementary school teachers include gender, age, teaching experience, frequency of watching TV related to environmetal issues, experience in reading environmental magazines, searching environmental issues on the internet, and knowledge of global warming. It was also found that the correlation coefficient between energy attitude and energy behavior is between 0.306 and 0.448, representing a low positive association. Results could not conclude that positive energy attitude leads to positive energy behavior of teachers.
