身體受虐兒童親子關係重建模式之初探研究

Research on the Model of the Recovery of the parent-child Relationship between Parents and Physically Abused Children

摘要


本研究是想瞭解親子互動遊戲介入身體受虐兒童親子互動的改變過程為何?研究者先根據親子互動遊戲的理念,提出親子互動改變過程的理念模式,然後再分析一個實際的案例,並以此案例轉變過程來擴充此理念模式。整個研究是屬於任務分析法研究過程中的「理念-實證模式」階段。研究者根據16次的諮商錄影、錄音逐字稿資料,將整個親子互動的改變過程分成12個要件31個細項。並將整個諮商過程歸類並繪製成流程圖之後,將此模式和理念模式作比對,分別從符合理念模式之處、擴充理念模式的新要件、精緻理念模式要件內容和要件之間的相關性等四個向度,提出本研究的結論,並據此提出建議。

This research intends to investigate how the introduction of parent/child games influences the interaction between parents and physically abused children. Based on the idea of interactive parent/child games, I form a conceptual model of the changing process of parent-child interaction and then analyze a real-life incident to support the argument. The research as a whole involves the ”concept/empirical examination” process in task analysis. Based on the transcribed video and audio recordings of sixteen counsel sessions, the whole process of parent-child interaction is divided into twelve components and thirty-one sub-components. The counsel process is first broken down to its constituent components, classified, and then mapped onto a flowchart, which is later compared with the conceptual model. Conclusions are made in perspectives of how the flowchart corresponds to the conceptual model, new components which will expand the conceptual model, and the relation between the contents of the components of elaborate conceptual models and the components themselves. Suggestions are made based on the findings.
