原住民高中生參與「敘事取向生涯探索支持性團體」之團體效果研究

摘要

本研究是一個多元文化諮商觀點的生涯初探性研究，以南部某高中具有生涯困擾的十二名原住民學生爲對象，進行「敘事取向生涯探索支持性團體」之實施成效分析。本研究團體方案以多元文化諮商精神，結合生涯發展、敘事治療、敘事取向生涯諮商等相關理論建構而成。爲了解成員的學習效果，本研究以個別深度訪談蒐集資料，採用敘說分析方法進行資料分析。
結果發現本團體方案能增強原住民高中生的自我概念，增加自信，提升其人際關係與溝通表達技巧；也能提升原住民高中生對於自身文化、母語、族群意識更深的文化認同，更看重自己的文化資產，並進一步促進探尋文化習俗根源的動機，並激發起回饋族人、文化保護與傳承的高度動力；另一方面，本方案也幫助原住民高中生更瞭解自己，能多元地探索生涯方向，使未來生涯目標更明確，並激勵起積極的學習動機。本研究結果可作爲未來原住民高中生生涯輔導與多元文化生涯諮商相關實務與研究之參考。

This is a pilot study about career guidance from the multicultural counseling point of view. The major purposes of this study were to explore the effects of narrative approach career support group program on senior high school aboriginal students, and provide applying reference for school guidance work in the future. The program integrated ideas of multicultural counseling, career development theories, narrative therapy and narrative career counseling as a whole. Twelve senior high school aboriginal students participated in this study. The research used depth-interview to collect data, and applied narrative analysis method to implement data analysis.
The results found that the group could increase not only students' self-concept, confidence, interpersonal relationship, and communication skills, but also self-identity in native cultural, heritage, language, and ethnic consciousness. Besides, the program helped students promote self-realization, learning motivation and develop future career goals.
