《古今譚概》中「悍婦妒妻」所反映的文化意涵

A Study of the Cultural Implications of Shrewish and Jealous Women in Gu-Jin-Tan-Gai

摘要

本文分析《古今譚概》中的「悍婦妒妻」，以「悍婦」「妒妻」兩類原型人物為基礎，以見「悍婦妒妻」類型在其文本結構方面，係擷取兩類原型之特質而另出新意。然在整體人物行為表現之傾向上，「悍婦妒妻」類型仍有其一致性：其身分較多士人家庭之主婦，或本身即出身於士人家庭；施暴行為，聚焦於「肢體暴力」與「語言辱罵」；其與丈夫之關係，較多表現於對峙抗衡之勢。「悍婦妒妻」類型之構建，根據上述文本結構特質，本文擬由社會、經濟、思想等角度切入，以呈顯形塑「悍婦妒妻」形象的意涵，據以建構前述文本特質之深層機制。希能透過表層結構與深層機制之分析，全面剖析《古今譚概》「悍婦妒妻」人物類型之意涵。

The roles of the shrewish and jealous women in the Gu-Jin-Tan-Gai show the following three similarities: [1] most of them are the intellectual's wives or the wellborn ones. [2] the behaviors include violence and languish abuse. [3] the relationship with their husbands mostly show the counter opposition.According to the distinguishing characteristics mentioned above, the study unveils the inner meanings of shaping the image of the shrewish and jealous women by the viewpoints of the society, economy and thought. Besides, by thorough analyses of the intrinsic and extrinsic role molding, this study is to totally reveal the cultural implications of the roles of the shrewish and jealous women in the Gu-Jin-Tan-Gai.
