精神衛生護理教師認證臨床護理專家之自我學習歷程

A Self-Study Process to Certify Clinical Nurse Specialist for Mental Health Care Teachers

摘要


本文目的旨在探討精神衛生護理教師擬定自我學習策略,通過精神衛生護理實務能力與社區基礎精神衛生護理能力鑑定標準,進而取得臨床護理專家認證之學習歷程。期間歷經一年時間,執行成果如下:(一)精神衛生護理教師透過自我學習策略通過「精神衛生護理師」、「社區基礎精神衛生護理能力」標準;(二)精神衛生護理教師取得臨床護理專家(clinical nurse specialist, CNS)資格認證。結論:精神衛生護理教師運用自我學習策略,以提昇個人實務能力,最終完成臨床護理專家之認證,希冀本學習歷程之進行過程能提供給未來有相同志向之護理教師作為參考指引,並能將精神衛生必備之標準化能力運用於臨床教學,使護理實習學生在實務之運用更具有明確指標。

Purpose of this paper was to investigate the mental health nursing teachers to develop self-learning strategies, through psychiatric mental health nurse and clinical competence of community psychiatric mental health nursing ability, and then get certified clinical nurse specialist learning process. After a period of one year, following the implementation of the outcome : (a) Mental health care teachers through self-learning strategies by " psychiatric mental health nurse " or " community psychiatric mental healthy nursing "standard; (b) Obtained clinical nursing specialist(CNS) qualification for mental health care teachers. Conclusion: Mental health care teachers use self-learning strategies to enhance their practical ability, the final completion of the clinical nurse specialist certification, hoping to carry out the process of the learning process can provide for the future of nursing teachers have the same aspirations of the Guidelines as a reference, and can the necessary mental health the ability to apply standardized clinical teaching, nursing student interns to make it more practical in use with clear indicators.
