紅藜萃取液與發酵液皮膚美白與保濕效果之評估

Evaluation of the Effects of Red Quinoa Extract and Fermentation Broth on Skin Whitening and Moisturizing

摘要

本研究以臺灣原生紅藜為對象，分別以95%乙醇萃取濃縮和乳酸菌發酵，然後製備成1%、3%、5%、7%、9%、10% v/v的紅藜萃取液和發酵液，使用多功能膚質分析儀和美白效果評估儀儀器，評估美白與保濕功效。紅藜萃取液經過28天使用測試，美白改善率: 1%、3%、5%、7%、9%及10% v/v萃取液分別為4.05%、4.68%、5.95%、6.35%、7.27%及7.97%；保濕改善率: 1%、3%、5%、7%、9%及10% v/v萃取液分別為11.57%、13.49%、15.96%、17.92%、19.44%及20.19%。紅藜發酵液經28天使用測試，美白改善率: 1%、3%、5%、7%、9%及10% v/v發酵液分別為3.89%、4.06%、6.07%、6.98%、7.61%及7.87%；保濕改善率: 1%、3%、5%、7%、9%及10% v/v發酵液分別為6.98%、9.86%、13.81%、15.61%、16.11%及16.51%。由實驗結果可知，紅藜萃取液和發酵液確實有美白與保濕的功效，皆以10% v/v效果最好，且兩者美白效果相當，但保濕效果則以10% v/v萃取液最為顯著。因此紅藜萃取液和發酵液為具有美白與保濕功效的天然素材，可運用在化妝品中做為機能性成分。

This study is based on the native red quinoa in Taiwan. After 95% ethanol extraction or lactic acid bacteria fermentation, these two kinds of solutions were used for preparing 1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 9%, and 10% v/v of red quinoa extracts and fermentation broths, respectively. They are tested to evaluate the skin whitening and moisturizing effects by manipulating a multifunctional skin analyzer and whitening-effect-assessment instrument. After a 28-day testing, the red quinoa extracts for whitening improvement rates are 4.05%, 4.68%, 5.95%, 6.35%, 7.27%, and 7.97% for 1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 9%, and 10% v/ v extract, respectively. The moisturing rates are 11.57%, 13.49%, 15.96%, 17.92%, 19.44%, and 20.19% for 1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 9%, and 10% v/v extract, respectively. After a 28-day testing, the red quinoa lactic acid bacteria fermentation broth for whitening improvement rates are 3.89%, 4.06%, 6.07%, 6.98%, 7.61%, and 7.87% for 1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 9%, and 10% v/ v fermentation broth, respectively. The moisturing rates are 6.98%, 9.86%, 13.81%, 15.61%, 16.11%, and 16.51% for 1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 9%, and 10% v/v fermentation broth, respectively. From the experimental results, the red quinoa extracts and fermentation broths did have whitening and moisturizing effects and both had the best performance with the 10% v/v diluting liquid. In addition, they had equivalent whitening effects with the 10% v/v diluting liquid, while in terms of the moisturizing effect, the 10% v/v diluting red quinoa extracts had the best performance. Thus, red quinoa extracts and fermentation broths are the natural ingredients for whitening and moisturizing effects and can be utilized as functionalized ingredients in cosmetics.
