中醫穴位針刺治療阿茲海默症的文獻探討
Acupoint of Acupuncture and Electroacupuncture in Alzheimer's Disease: A literature review
摘要
研究目的：欲了解近五年穴位針刺治療在治療阿茲海默症研究的科學研究進展。方法：文獻分析法。結果：於2021年7月29日止，以acupuncture、Alzheimer's disease（簡稱AD）兩關鍵字在PubMed檢索後，一共找出201篇相關論文，篩選後選取38篇分析，經過詳讀與整理找出AD防治的重要穴位與科學證據。結論：研究發現主要以百會（GV20）為主穴，輔以其他穴位來治了AD。穴位針刺治療雖然是一種有前景的 AD 輔助治療方法，治療機制仍不明確。同時，穴位針刺治療對AD之預後評價不一，其影響仍然存在爭議。未來，仍需要更多的大規模和高品質的臨床試驗才足以驗證其效益。

Objective: To understand the scientific research progress of acupuncture in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease in recent five years. Methods: Literature analysis. Results: By July 29, 2021, 201 related papers were found in PubMed based on acupuncture and Alzheimer's disease. After screening, 38 articles were selected and analyzed to find out the important acupoints and scientific evidence of AD prevention and treatment through detailed reading and sorting. Conclusion: The study found that Baihui (GV20)as the main point, supplemented by other points to treat AD. Although acupuncture is a promising adjunctive therapy for AD, the therapeutic mechanism is still unclear. At the same time, the effect of acupuncture on the prognosis of AD is still controversial. In the future, more large-scale and high-quality clinical trials are needed to confirm this.
