摘要

文化領導是以價值導向式的領導，在領導的過程中，如何從深層的思考到行動的實踐，除透過不斷的檢證與反思，更應在實務運作上不斷有人文涵養的修鍊，才能精進優質的領導風格，形塑創新進步的校園文化。本文以分析文化領導之意涵與創新領導思維與策略做法，以做為教育現場應有的價值的思考與學習典範，藉以提升教育水準與績效為努力目標。

The cultural leadership is by the value guidance-like leadership. In the leadership process how to do from in-depth ponder to the motion practice, In addition to penetrate unceasing examines and thinking, It should have the humanities self-control in the practice operation so that can strive the high quality leadership style, and form the shape models of the innovation progressive campus culture. This article analyzes meaning and the innovation leadership thought and the strategy procedure the cultural leadership as the education on the spot proper value ponder and the study model to promote education standard and achievements for diligently goal.
