社區民眾戒菸教育介入成效研究

摘要

本研究結合衛生與醫療專業人力與物力資源,運用衛生教育專業知能,於醫院場域進行戒菸教育介入，以提升戒菸民眾菸害認知、戒菸態度、戒菸自我效能及增進戒菸相關技能。介入課程每次4小時合計五次課程內容包括: 1.學員自我認識組成支持團體2.知識教導3.學習自我控制方法及吸菸的替代方案; 4.認識壓力,學習拒菸社交技巧; 5.結業式,戒菸經驗分享等五項主題。結果發現研究對象在介入後對菸害認知、戒菸態度及戒菸效能等方面皆呈現正向的發展。

This research combined public health and professional medical human and material resources, using the health educational professional skills and hospital facilities to proceed with quit smoking education. The hope of this program was to increase the awareness of the dangers of smoking, quit smoking attitudes, quit smoking self results and promote quit smoking elated skills. The 20 hour course, meeting for 5 times for 4 hours each, including the following contents: (1)self awareness and becoming part of a supporting group, (2) knowledge teaching, (3) self-control techniques and alternatives to smoking, (4) recognizing pressure and learning how to refuse smoking in social settings and (5) a closing ceremony and sharing of experiences. The results showed that after attending this class, the class participants had an increased awareness about the dangers of smoking and positive developments emerged regarding attitudes toward quitting smoking 3.nd the effects of quitting smoking.
