摘要

本篇目的在改善單位化學治療安全管理，進而提高護理人員對化學治療工作安全及建立完善廢棄物處理規範，經現況分析，確立問題為：護理人員對化學毒物認知不足、防護用品無明確空間規劃、缺乏化療廢棄物處理之相關規範、未將防護用具穿戴列入品質監測項目中評核，引發建立化學治療安全管理的動機。經由海報設計、在職教育宣導、重新規劃設計化學治療工作環境，以提昇護理人員工作安全管理，期能達到提昇護理人員對化療安全認知程度正確率，由85.0%提昇至100%，提昇護理人員在操作化學藥物準備時穿戴防護用具之完整率，由86%提昇至98%，確立化療廢棄物處理流程，與護理部品管組研討廢棄物處理，規範將所有化學藥物治療用物及防護用品，皆歸屬在貼有毒性標示之垃圾桶內，及重新制定品質監測標準及內容，確能有效的提昇護理人員化學治療安全管理。

The study's aim was to improve safety management during chemotherapy and to enhance nursing staff in the creation of a safe environment and implementing a good waste disposal system. According to the present analysis, the main questions affecting safety management during chemotherapy were: firstly, the nursing staff's lack of the knowledge concerning the poisonous chemical substances; secondly, a lack of space planning with respect to protective materials; thirdly, a, lack of relative norms for the poisonous chemicals and finally, a failure to include the wearing of protective equipment in the quality monitor check lists. Based on these problems, it was essential to develop a better chemotherapy by designing appropriate posters, by making specific educational announcements and by redesigning the working environment used for chemotherapeutic treatment. These changes were aimed at enhancing job safety though nursing staff management. As hoped, the staff's safety awareness rating was increased from 85% to 100% and the rate for wearing protective equipment also increased from 86% to 98%. Furthermore, the correct implementation of a waste disposal system and the redesign of the quality monitoring standards also effectively enhanced nurse safety during chemotherapy.
