摘要


目的:隨著資訊科技的發展,數位學習儼然成為教學的新趨勢,而中醫藥也因其獨特性與歷史淵源,逐漸地受到世界重視。透過數位學習的精神推廣中醫藥學之精隨,為現今世界中醫藥學教育之潮流。本文將探討在擁有中醫藥領域的優勢下,台灣中醫藥界的數位學習之現況及日後發展的方向。方法:本研究藉由文獻蒐集、專家座談、訪問和說明會等方式,探討國內外中醫藥數位學習之現況與相關問題。結果:研究發現台灣缺乏完備的中醫藥數位學習體系、數位資源標準各異,且資源不利於交換。結論:臺灣中醫藥學習面臨著中國大陸等先驅的挑戰,本研究提出我國之優勢專業項目進行討論,並對我國未來推動「中醫藥數位學習」計畫提出務實可行之規劃建議。

Objective: Recently, creating new e-learning approaches have begun to take over traditional Chinese medicine education in Taiwan and have become the current teaching strategy and learning norm. Methods: This study explores the global status with respect to e-learning and traditional Chinese medicine and explores the existing problems associated with e-learning and Chinese medicine using article reviewing, discussions, interviews and seminars. Result: It was found that the e-learning system for Chinese medicine is insufficiently developed in Taiwan and that uniform criteria and exchangeable resources are unavailable. Conclusion: The teaching of Chinese medicine is now facing challenges from the forerunners in this area based in mainland China. It is important to address this and develop suitable programs able to distribute and promote the teaching of Chinese medicine via e-learning. Developing this area is central to the future of teaching Chinese traditional medicine in Taiwan.
