摘要

新移民婦女數量不斷成長，且婚後快速生育現象普遍。鑑於產婦身心狀況對母嬰健康發展具有重要影響，本篇報告以文獻查證來探討新民週產期常見之問題。結果發現移民前後早期關注與生活輔導，同時給予週產時期健康照護須知，能有效提昇新移民週產期適應，有效改善移民婦女生理問題並減少心理壓力困擾的產生。期藉由相關文獻整理提供新移民相關照護醫護人員於臨床健康照護時建議與指引。

Women's physical and psychosocial wellbeing during pregnancy are important for both maternal and new born baby's health. The number of foreign bride in Taiwan has been growing rapidly in the recent years, and having a baby soon after the marriage is not uncommon for newly immigrated women. We conducted a literature review focusing on life adjustment and perinatal care during pregnancy among new immigrant women. The results indicated that early counseling right before and after immigration and perinatal care education helped the immigrated women adapting to perinatal period, and improved their physical health and decreased their psychosocial disturbance. Further suggestions for medical staffs working on health care for immigrated women are provided in this article.
