摘要

目的：擬定國際醫療資訊系統之開發策略，與設計和規劃實際可行的國際醫療資訊系統。方法：從商品、訂購、帳號、問與答等四大面向，和管理者端、使用者端等兩種登入身份出發，分析歸納出國際醫療系統必需的基本功能。並實際建置一滿足前述基本需求的國際醫療系統在智慧系統服務平台上，以達到增強系統彈性客製化的能力。在系統評估方面，使用線上測試工具以分析網頁組成和優化程度，以作為未來系統優化的依據。結果：透過使用者端和管理者端介面的展示、基本功能的操作頁面，已驗證本系統的可行性及完成度。由系統評估結果可驗證，本系統之使用者端和管理者端的優化程度已達水準之上。結論：本文提出一基於智慧系統服務共通平台的國際醫療服務之整體解決方案，除了提供國際醫療資訊系統所必需的基本功能外，更成功整合醫療旅遊和線上支付等資源，將可大幅降低來台進行國際醫療的困難。

Objective: We proposed a development strategy for medical tourism information system, and designed and planned a feasible one. Methods: We started from product, shopping, account and Q&A aspects and user and manager sign-in identities, analyzed and inducted necessary basic functions for the medical tourism information system, and actually constructed a smart system service platform which fulfills the aforementioned needs, with scalability for customization. Result: The feasibility and accomplishment of the system were validated through the demonstration of user and manager interfaces and the page for basic functions operation. The user and manager interfaces have been optimized to a level above standard as indicated in the system assessments. Conclusion: In addition to the provision of basic functions for users and managers, this smart system service common platform based medical tourism information system successfully integrated the medical, tourism and online payment resources, and may sharply minimize the difficulty of Taiwan medical tourism.
