頁數:37 論文名稱:基於人工智慧系統應用的智慧醫療服務體系構建研究 校所別:國立臺北商業大學財經學院高階國際商業創新經營管理碩士在職專班 畢業時間:一O九學年度第一學期 學位:碩士 研究生:袁奇煒 指導教授:李麒麟 關鍵字:智慧醫療;人工智慧;醫院 智慧醫療是一個充滿活力的新興行業,不斷受到外部因素的影響,例如政府法規,人工智慧技術等。尤其是人工智慧技術與醫療的結合,推動了智慧醫療的日益成熟以及廣泛應用。在當前的資訊時代背景下,醫療改革必然會朝著智慧化的方向前行,有利於將醫療成本控制在更低範圍內,提高醫療服務的效率和個性化程度,更好的迎合患者及其家屬的需求。 從當前的醫患關係及醫療機構的現狀來看,智慧醫療有助於改善患者就醫體驗和提高醫治效率。基於大資料分析和人工智慧的攜手合作,使醫療救治工作更加精准高效。同時,在現有理論的指導下,充分的利用各種技術,大大提高了智慧醫療的便捷性。在人工智慧技術的支援下,完成資料的分析,並從醫療資料中得出有意義的救治方案。醫療與人工智慧相結合,它可以在流程塑造、診斷決策等過程中發揮重要的作用,同時提高醫療的便捷性。隨著醫療資料的挖掘與集成,智慧醫療流程的再造,可以與人工智慧一起開發可以幫助醫生早期診斷疾病的預測模型,預測患者合適的治療方案。 筆者在本論文中,選擇重慶市X醫院作為研究案例,分析其在推行智慧醫療的發展中遇到的問題,如:技術瓶頸、患者個人資訊得不到有效的保護、標準落後於實際的應用等,綜合應用大資料以及人工智慧技術,並對其各種獨特的智慧門診服務體系及實際成效做詳細的研究,以此為智慧醫療發展提供參考啟迪。

With the mining and integration of medical data and the reengineering of smart medical processes, it is possible to develop predictive models that can help doctors diagnose diseases early and predict appropriate treatment plans for patients together with artificial intelligence. In this paper, the author chooses Chongqing X Hospital as a research case to summarize the problems encountered in the implementation of smart medical care, such as: technical bottlenecks, patients' personal information cannot be effectively protected, and standards lag behind actual applications Etc., comprehensively apply big data and artificial intelligence technology, and conduct detailed research on its various unique service facilities and technical functions to improve the overall efficiency of the hospital's smart clinic.
