I reported a 38-year-old female patient with generalized gingivitis. Periodontal examination revealed 88% bleeding at probe sites, periodontal pocket depths ranging from 3 to 9 mm, incomplete previous endodontic treatments in several teeth, apical periodontitis, and poor marginal adaptation in dental prosthesis. The patient was diagnosed with generalized chronic periodontitis and periapical periodontitis. Osteoplasty with autogenous bone grafting and endodontic treatments were conducted at the concerned sites in the upper right, upper left, upper anterior, lower right, and lower left sextants. Also, the improper fit dental prosthesis was replaced. One-year after treatment, the periodontal pocket depths decreased to less than 4 mm and the bleeding at probe sites decreased to 18%, and significant gain in clinical attachment was observed. Also, radiograph examination showed significant increase of bone fill and bone density in the affected furcation sites and bone defects. A "Good" level of overall periodontal prognosis was achieved.
