The present case report demonstrated that a patient who had generalized moderate and localized severe chronic periodontitis received a comprehensive periodontal treatment. The periodontal full treatment included in initial phase 1 therapy and periodontal regenerative surgeries performed at the posterior teeth region of four quadrants with different biomaterials. Particularly, severe bony destruction by perio-endo combined lesion was found at 36 and 47 teeth area. After non-surgical endodontic therapy and surgical treatment of guided tissue regeneration, radiographic findings showed obvious bone healing over the previous angular defects. One-year postoperative follow-up examination revealed the overall periodontal condition was improved and stable. (J Taiwan Periodontol 16:239-255, 2011)
