應用跨理論模式探討辦公族運動習慣之性別差異

Application of Transtheoretical Model on Different Genders in Exercise Habits among Office Workers

摘要


目的:本研究欲了解不同性別之政府單位其員工之規律運動習慣、自覺運動效益及自覺運動障礙之相關性,期透過「跨理論模式」為理論調查基礎,以作為健康促進職場之策略參考。方法:本研究共計回收725份臺北市政府員工之線上問卷,問卷內容主要包括目前的體能活動、自我效能、自覺好處以及影響運動的自覺障礙,並使用邏輯式迴歸分析作為統計分析工具。結果:以目前身體活動情形所處階段為依變項,將性別與相關因子進行邏輯式迴歸分析。其結果顯示影響市府男性員工持續運動之因子,包括重視自我健康之程度(OR=1.54,p<0.05)、過去一個月內運動情形(OR=1.71,p<0.001)、工作壓力(OR=0.15,p<0.05)與環境空氣品質(OR=4.35,p<0.01)。影響女性員工持續運動之因子,包括重視自我健康之程度(OR=1.49,p<0.05)、過去一個月內運動情形(OR=1.89,p<0.001)、運動夥伴(OR=0.19,p<0.01)。結論:政府部門工作者影響其運動因素男女有其差異。了解其影響因子與強化動機才能夠發展有效的健康促進介入措施。

Objective: This study attempted to investigate the correlation between regular exercise habits and perceived exercise benefits and barriers in different genders in government units based on the trans-theoretical model to be used as a strategic reference for health promotion in the workplace. Methods: We recruited 725 employees of the Taipei City Government working indoor to investigate their current physical activity, self-efficacy, self-perceived benefits, and self-perceived barriers in exercises. Overall contribution of the significant variables was evaluated using logistic regressions. Results: Based on the current stage of physical activity, gender and related factors were analyzed using logistic regression. Factors that affected male employees included degree of attention to self-health (OR=1.54, p<0.05), PA(Pysical Activity) in the last one month (OR=1.71, p<0.001), work pressure (OR=0.15, p<0.05), and poor air quality (OR=4.35, p <0.05). Factors that affected female employees included degree of attention to self-health (OR=1.49, p<0.05), PA in the last one month (OR=1.89, p<0.001), and sports partners (OR=0.19, p<0.01). Conclusion: Athletic factors of government employees diffed between men and women. Development of effective health promoting intervention is only feasible with the understanding of the influencing factors along with strengthening of motivation.
