摘要

2019新型冠狀病毒疾病（Coronavirus disease 2019; COVID-19）疫情肆虐，嚴重衝擊世人生活，威脅民眾生命健康，且COVID-19健康照護相關資訊變化快速，來自多方管道，不時還可能出現複雜，矛盾甚或錯誤不實的資訊，益顯健康識能在COVID-19疫情下至關重要之角色，也凸顯出健康識能是一個值得重視的公共衛生議題。健康促進者在向民眾說明COVID-19相關資訊時，應考慮到人們的聽讀理解能力，以易於被接受及理解的方式提供訊息，協助民眾因應多元複雜之健康資訊。個人健康識能之促進應與家庭及社區相結合，除了個人須有正確之防疫認知，並充分配合採取適當防護措施，相關的防疫作為亦必須與當地的社區及組織單位相互配合支持及落實，俾以共同努力達成全民成功防疫及健康促進之目標。

2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has greatly impacted human lives and threatened the health of the general public. COVID-19 related information is complex and changes rapidly. It comes from various channels and is often complicated, contradictory, or even false. This highlights the critical role of health literacy under the COVID-19 epidemic. When introducing and explaining COVID-19 related information to the public, health promoters should concern their listening, reading, comprehending capabilities, and provide information in a way that is easy to accept and understand and help people respond to diverse and complex health information. The promotion of personal health literacy should be integrated with the family and the community. Besides, to correct knowledge of epidemic prevention and fully cooperate to take appropriate protective behaviors in individuals, related epidemic prevention activities must also cooperate with local communities and organizations to support each other and achieve successful epidemic prevention and health promotion in all citizens.
