護理人員照護新型冠狀病毒肺炎病人的知識、態度和壓力之探討
The Knowledge, Attitudes and Stress of Nurses in Caring Patients with Novel Coronavirus (COVID-2019): An Exploratory Descriptive Study
摘要
目的：探討第一線護理人員照護新冠肺炎病人之知識、態度及壓力感受。方法：為橫斷性研究設計，於2020年6－7月對北部某區域醫院照護過新冠肺炎病人的172位護理人員進行結構式問卷調查，包含人口學屬性資料、對新興傳染病防治知識、態度及壓力感受，以多元線性廻歸分析及皮爾森積差相關分析進行資料分析。結果：護理人員對新興傳染病防治之知識與態度呈負相關（r=-0.151，p=.048）；知識與壓力感受呈正相關（r=0.152，p=.047）；態度與壓力感受則無相關（r=-0.098，p=.199）。廻歸分析結果，控制人口學變項後，知識、態度對壓力，未達統計顯著差異。換言之，護理人員50歲以上、教育程度大學以上、已婚者，其對新興傳染病（COVID-19）防治的態度越正向；曾照顧過疑似新型冠狀肺炎病毒（COVID-19）的病人，其在照護新興傳染病（COVID-19）病人時所感受到的壓力越大。結論：照護新冠肺炎確實對於護理人員會造成照護壓力，因此，醫療院所應提供完整適切的訓練及心理支持，以提升護理人員對新冠肺炎防治的知識、態度與壓力因應。

Purpose: This study aimed to explore the knowledge, attitude, and stress among frontline nurses caring for COVID-19 patients. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted from 10 June to 31 July 2020, involving 172 nurses in a regional hospital in northern Taiwan. Data on demographic data, knowledge, attitude, and stress about COVID-19 were collected using structured questionnaires. Multiple regression analysis and Pearson Correlation were applied for statistical analyses. Results: The COVID-19 knowledge score was significantly associated with negative attitude (r=-0.151, p=.048) and a higher likelihood of stress (r=0.152, p=.047) towards COVID-19. However, there is no correlation between attitude and stress towards COVID-19 (r=-0.098, p=.199). Besides, no significant difference was observed in knowledge and attitude toward stress after controlling for the demographic data. Conclusions: The nurses were adversely affected psychologically by COVID-19. They should be provided with appropriate training and psychological support to enhance the knowledge, attitude, and stress coping toward the disease.
