摘要

臺灣組織性的犯罪是日漸增多的犯罪模式，本篇論文著焦於討論臺灣組織性犯罪集團小世界的內在網絡關係。研究者著重在探索組織性犯罪集團中組織與個人所產生的社會網絡建構。如同犯罪世界是社會生活系統的一部份，組織性犯罪集團之間所建構的網絡關係亦是社會複雜網絡結構中的部分組成。唯有瞭解其個體與組織社會網絡搭建的過程與方式，才能掌握組織性犯罪集團間所存在的網絡連結特質並透顯出犯罪組織間所可能產生的流通通路。 在研究方法上，質與量化網絡分析方法所提供的指標與概念的探索，能考掘出兩兩（個體間與組織間）所存在的網絡聯繫特質與仲介者在組織性犯罪集團間網絡建構過程所存在訊息傳遞的功能。網絡的關連性爲何與如何被建構於組織性犯罪組織之間。此外，本篇論文亦討論臺灣社會中特殊的網絡聯繫基礎「個人信任」是否也在組織性犯罪集團的活動過程中，承載與扮演著重要的互動機制。透過社會網絡分析的考察，在方法及經驗層面上亦存在分析上的侷限。本篇論文希望在犯罪社會學的領域提供一個新的分析觀點與討論的視野。

This paper explores the internal network relationships between organized crime in Taiwan. The organized crime groups were chosen because it has often been central to the popular crime. The construction of social network in organized crime is a part of structure in social complicated network. Through the exploration of construction of social network between individuals and organizations, we can capture the linkages of network relationships, and the communicative pathways between organized crime groups.
The paper discusses what kind of social ties will be constructed between diverse organized crime organizations. It is important to question why and how the network connections have been constructed between organized crime organizations. In addition, what kind of role and mechanism that personal trust plays in the process of organized crime activities in contemporary Taiwan society. By way of the exploration of dynamic social network structure between organized crime activities, we hope this paper can provide a different landscape in analyzing and discussing for the field of sociology of crime.
