少年矯正學校課程議題之探討

The Curriculum Issues of the Juvenile Correctional Schools

摘要


本研究針對少年矯正學校課程相關議題,以文獻分析法探討國內外少年矯正教育課程領域的研究,並進行課程規劃與發展模式、課程規劃取向以及臺灣少年矯正學校課程初始設計理念等三大項議題之分析。研究結論如下:一、少年矯正學校課程規劃與發展模式可與大學或研究機構合作研發。教師需不斷調整課程以符合學習者與環境的需求,亦須參與課程的發展、選擇教材,並有相當密集的訓練;教育人員及矯正人員對課程應有深入的理解和討論課程持續發展。二、少年矯正學校課程規劃無論是採取何種取向,都需重視主體性,以符合矯正教育個別化處遇,讓學生能探索出其興趣並專注投入其中,進而增能、獲取成功經驗、使自信心有所成長,健全自我發展,培養與同儕,教師或指導者間良好的人際關係與合作相處模式。三、臺灣少年矯正學校課程初始設計理念之精神主軸爲融合輔導的教學,使學生的學習重點不只是在教師教學的內容,教師本身對學生直接的影響力亦極爲重要,除了獲得科目的知識經驗,學生同時也從教師身上獲得學習經驗,更重要的是提升學生自我價值感。

The purpose of this study reviews the issues of the curriculum of juvenile correctional school by document analysis including curriculum planning and developing, orientations and original design concepts. The conclusions are as follow: 1. The curriculum planning and developing of juvenile correctional school can be cooperated with colleges and research institutes. Teachers constantly tune up curriculum to fit students' need and environmental changes through the intensive training of curriculum planning and taking appropriate teaching materials etc. Teachers and correction officers should have a thorough understanding of the curriculum sustainable development. 2. The curriculum orientations of juvenile correctional school including academic discipline, vocational education, special education etc. should meet the individual correctional treatment and empower the students. Students can enjoy learning successfully, developing social skills and reforming self-concepts in holistic education. 3. The original design concepts of the curriculum of juvenile correctional school merge with counseling including self-integration, holistic development and increase the students' learning interest. Teaching by example helps the students raise self-worth in the process.
