中共意識型態的演進與現況

The Ideology Evolution and It's Current Situation of People's Republic of China

摘要

在中共政經、軍事實力漸增的背景下，「意識型態」是其威脅能力的主要關鍵，因為「意識型態」對中共官方不只是「大政方針」，更以「宣傳、傳媒、動員」三合一的模式，掌控並動員人民，成為「人民戰爭」的力量，以對抗它國。而2019年《新時代的中國國防》與《決定》的內容中不斷重申「堅決抵制『軍隊非黨化、非政治化』和『軍隊國家化』」。鑑於「黨指揮一切」系統非但未見疲軟而是欲發強硬，本文欲闡述意識型態的演進至現今發展概況，以理解中共如何以意識型態動員國家機器與穩固民心，如此俾能應對中共不斷升級之威脅與理解其行為動向。

As PRC's political, economic and military strength gradually escalate, the ＂ideology＂ is its cruicial power. Because ＂ideology＂ is not only as PRC's approach to develop it's capability, but also as the way that mixed propaganda and media to mobilize people to be the force of the CCP, that is called ＂People's war＂. This article's point is to describe the ideology's development of CCP, to study and understand how ideology can be a weapon of PRC; furthermore,《The nee edge of Chinese military defense》(新時代的中國國防) and《The dicision》(決定) claimed that:＂We (CCP) must resist the wave of 'the military aulthority Nationalization' ＂. According to the principle of ＂the party demands everything＂ heve not been any trend to release or weaken, that means idealogy is still the foundation of this country and party. From this study, that can understand how to face and react with what PRC and CCP's action.
