A Study on the Competency Level and Overall Satisfaction of Foreign Migrant Workers-A Example of Vietnamese Migrant Workers

外籍移工適任條件、適任程度與企業整體滿意度研究-以越南籍移工為例

摘要


Until the adoption of the "Employment Service Law" legislation in May 1992, it became a clear policy and standard for the introduction of foreign migrant workers in Taiwan, it is important to discuss the competency of foreign migrant workers and the satisfaction of enterprises with foreign migrant workers. This study uses questionnaire surveys as a research data collection tool. A total of 300 paper questionnaires are distributed to companies that have hired Vietnamese migrant workers. After the questionnaires are collected, SPSS analysis, validity analysis, single factor variance analysis and regression analysis to verify the research hypothesis. The results found 2 hypotheses are partially accepted that the basic information of the respondents/companies has no significant difference in the competence of Vietnamese migrant workers and the competence of Vietnamese migrant workers has no significant effect on the satisfaction of the company's employment of Vietnamese migrant workers. This study summarizes 3 conclusions and develops 3 suggestions for reference by enterprises and intermediaries that introduce Vietnamese migrant workers.

直至1992年5月「就業服務法」立法通過,成為我國引進外籍勞工的明確政策與規範。探討外籍移工之適任性及企業對外籍移工的滿意度乃重要的議題。本研究採用問卷調查作為研究資料蒐集工具,總共發放300份紙本問卷予已聘僱越南籍移工之企業,回收後之問卷以SPSS統計套裝軟體進行包括敘述性統計、信度分析、因素分析、效度分析、卡方檢定、單因子變異數分析及迴歸分析以驗證研究假設。結果發現受訪者/企業基本資料與越南籍移工適任條件無顯著關連、受訪者/企業基本資料對越南籍移工適任程度無顯著差異、越南籍移工適任條件對適任程度無顯著差異及越南籍移工適任程度對企業聘僱越南籍移工滿意度無顯著影響等四項研究假設均部份成立,據此本研究歸納出14項結論並研提3項建議供引進越南籍移工之企業與中介機構參考。
