以問題為基礎的學習法提升學生跨境電商平台之實作力

Upgrading the Operation Capability of Cross-border E-commerce Platform by Problem-based Learning Method

摘要


本文旨在運用以問題為基礎的學習法(或稱為學習導向學習法,Problem-Based Learningw;以下簡稱PBL)在跨境電商實務課程中,以期提昇學生在跨境電商平台的實作能力(學習成效),即藉由五個不同問題討論的教學設計,引導同學們參加B2B跨境電商競賽,以做中學的實作方式學習跨境電商平台相關的知識及技能,培育其具備國際商務人才應有的職能。研究對象及範圍為2021年第一學期選修跨境電商實務課程的37名學生及其修課歷程,執行期間為2021年9月~2022年1月。研究結果顯示,全有80%的修課學生能達成學習目標,且對於課程的滿意度超過70%。本文的貢獻為首度將PBL結合競賽教學於跨境電商實務課程中,並得到教學模式具合宜性的驗證,研究內容可供對此主題感興趣者之參考。

The paper aims to use the Problem-Based Learning method in the cross-border e-commerce practice course, in order to improve the students' practical ability (learning effect) on the cross-border e-commerce platform. That is, through the teaching design of five different issues to discuss, guide the students to participate in the B2B cross-border e-commerce competition, learn the knowledge and skills related to the cross-border e-commerce platform in the way of learning by doing, and cultivate them with the skills of international business talents. some functions. The research object and scope are the content of 37 students who took the cross-border e-commerce practice course in the first semester of 2021. The implementation period is from September 2021 to January 2022 According to the research results, 80% of the students who took the course were able to achieve Learning objectives, and the satisfaction with the course is more than 70%. The contribution of this paper is to combine PBL with competition teaching in cross-border e-commerce practice courses for the first time, and it has been verified that the teaching model is appropriate. The research results can be used as a reference for those interested in this topic.
