從領導方式觀點解析健康促進學校推動團隊之集體效能及其團體效果-以新竹縣市國中為例

A Study on the Collective Efficiency and Group Efficacy on the Implementation of the Health Promotion School via the Leadership Viewpoint: a case of HsinChu County

摘要


本研究主要目的在瞭解健康促進學校推動團隊領導方式、集體效能與團體效果(目標達成度、滿意度、整體效果)之現況及關係模式驗證,以103學年度新竹縣市國中健康促進學校委員會成員為研究對象為母群體,以郵寄或親送方式送發問卷,研究工具以結構式問卷為主,得有效問卷250份,100%有效;以SPSS 20.0版統計軟體進行統計分析,研究主要發現分述如下:一、健康促進學校推動團隊之集體效能與其領導方式呈正相關。其顯著性為<0.001,而r值則為0.545,也就是說,健康促進學校推動團隊之集體效能與領導方式存有顯著正相關。二、健康促進學校推動團隊之整體團體效果與其領導方式呈正相關。其顯著性為<0.001,團體效果-目標達成度,r值則為0.565;團體效果-滿意度,r值則為0.489,皆有顯著正相關。三、健康促進學校推動團隊之整體團體效果與其集體效能呈正相關。其顯著性為<0.001,團體效果-目標達成度,r值則為0.511;團體效果-滿意度,r值則為0.559,有顯著正相關。另外,健康促進學校推動團隊之團體效果,統計達顯著水準(F=69.81,p<0.001),解釋變異量為35.6%;其中「集體效能」(t=6.86, p<0.001)、「領導方式」(t=4.33, p<0.001),集體效能Beta絕對值較大,表示有較高的解釋變異量,故集體效能最能有效預測健康促進學校推動團隊之團體效果-滿意度,其次是領導方式。故領導者越有領導力,可直接對團體效果產生正向的影響,也可以透過集體效能產生正面的效果。故領導者越有領導力,可直接對團體效果產生正向的影響,也可以透過集體效能產生正面的效果。
